Privacy Policy — Bounce Career

1. Overview
Bounce Career ("the App") is a mobile soccer juggling game developed by IDB Productions ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how.
This policy covers the game and its purchase, advertising and Game Center integrations. Availability depends on the installed version and your choices; test versions may use test ads or have purchases disabled.
2. Information We Collect
Locally stored data (on your device only):
- Your chosen nickname and gender selection
- Game progress (scores, coins, XP, equipped items, unlocked items)
- App settings (sound, music, language, theme)
- Tutorial completion state, rate prompt state
The full game save is kept in the App's private storage area, not in a developer-operated cloud wallet. Selected information, such as leaderboard scores and purchase transactions, is handled by the services described below.
Third-party services that may collect data:
- Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform — for automatic ads between matches, optional rewarded ads and privacy choices, Google may process IP addresses (including approximate location derived from them), device/app identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information. From version 1.0.1, after any required Google privacy form, the app requests Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission if the device has no existing decision. The advertising SDK is not initialized and ads are not loaded until ATT has returned a decision and Google's consent SDK permits ad requests. If you allow tracking, Google may use the advertising identifier and ad interaction data to measure advertising across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline or tracking is restricted, the app does not access IDFA or enable cross-company tracking. Personalized ads and publisher first-party IDs remain disabled. - Apple App Store and RevenueCat — Apple processes payments. RevenueCat processes purchase history, transaction identifiers, an anonymous app identifier and purchase/entitlement status to validate and deliver purchases and provide purchase reporting. We do not receive your card details. RevenueCat privacy
- Apple Game Center — when connected, scores and leaderboard identifiers are sent to Apple's Game Center service. Your local nickname is not sent to RevenueCat or AdMob by the game.
We do not integrate Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics. Purchase reporting and ad measurement are provided by the services described above.
3. Data You Share With Us
The game does not require a separate account and does not ask for your email or real name. If you email support, we receive the address, message and attachments you choose to send and use them to investigate and respond. Do not send passwords, verification codes or card information.
4. Children's Privacy
The game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. It does not ask players to enter a real name or contact information. Parents can use Apple's parental controls to restrict purchases. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address the request.
5. In-App Purchases
- Coin packs (consumable, virtual currency)
- "Remove Ads" is a one-time, permanent purchase that removes automatic between-match ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available only when you choose to watch. Permanent purchase rights can be restored using the same Apple account.
The current integration uses Apple App Store and RevenueCat. Coins are consumable virtual items, not cash or subscriptions. The coin balance is stored in this device's game save and is not a cloud wallet. Reinstalling does not restore the coin balance; restoring purchases does not re-credit spent coin packs. Transaction identifiers are stored with the local balance to prevent duplicate delivery.
6. Your Rights
- Reset game progress in Settings. Purchase transaction records and permanent purchase rights are retained to prevent duplicate delivery and preserve paid rights.
- Uninstall the App to remove its local game save. Apple/RevenueCat transaction records and platform keychain identifiers may remain; uninstalling does not delete their server records.
- Restore permanent purchases through "Restore purchases" in the coin shop (iOS).
- Open "Ad privacy choices" in Settings when required by Google's consent platform.
- Manage Apple's tracking permission in iPhone/iPad Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. A previous denial or system restriction may prevent the permission dialog from appearing.
- Contact us to request information about any data we might have
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold. We may need enough information to identify the relevant support request or transaction; please do not send sensitive identity documents unsolicited. Provider records may be retained for their operational, fraud-prevention or legal requirements. See the linked provider policies for their retention and international processing practices.
These support and privacy pages do not add advertising, analytics scripts or forms. Cloudflare hosts and delivers the pages and may process connection and security information such as IP addresses and request metadata. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. 7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the App changes. We will update the date and obtain additional consent when required.

3. Bizimle Paylaştığınız Veriler
Oyun ayrı bir hesap gerektirmez; e-posta veya gerçek adınızı istemez. Destek için e-posta gönderirseniz, paylaşmayı seçtiğiniz adres, mesaj ve ekleri alır; sorununuzu incelemek ve yanıtlamak için kullanırız. Şifre, doğrulama kodu veya kart bilgisi göndermeyin.
4. Çocukların Gizliliği
Oyun genel kitleye yöneliktir; özellikle çocukları hedeflemez. Gerçek ad veya iletişim bilgisi girmenizi istemez. Ebeveynler satın almaları Apple'ın ebeveyn denetimleriyle kısıtlayabilir. Bir çocuğun bize kişisel bilgi ilettiğini düşünüyorsanız talebi inceleyebilmemiz için bizimle iletişime geçin.
5. Uygulama İçi Satın Almalar
- Coin paketleri (tüketilebilir, sanal para)
- "Reklamları Kaldır", maçlar arasındaki otomatik reklamları kaldıran tek seferlik, kalıcı bir satın almadır. İsteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar yalnızca izlemeyi seçtiğinizde kullanılabilir. Kalıcı satın alma hakkı aynı Apple hesabıyla geri yüklenebilir.

6. Haklarınız
- Ayarlardan oyun ilerlemesini sıfırlayabilirsiniz. Tekrar teslimatı engellemek ve satın alınmış hakları korumak için işlem kayıtları ve kalıcı haklar korunur.
- Uygulamayı kaldırmak yerel oyun kaydını siler. Apple/RevenueCat işlem kayıtları ve platform anahtar zinciri kimlikleri kalabilir; uygulamayı kaldırmak bu hizmetlerin sunucu kayıtlarını silmez.
- Coin mağazasındaki "Satın almaları geri yükle" ile kalıcı satın almaları geri yükleyebilirsiniz (iOS).
- Google'ın izin platformu gerektirdiğinde Ayarlardaki "Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri" bölümünü kullanabilirsiniz.
- Apple takip iznini iPhone/iPad Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → Takip bölümünden yönetebilirsiniz. Önceki ret veya sistem kısıtlaması nedeniyle izin penceresi görünmeyebilir.
- Hakkınızda elimizde olabilecek herhangi bir veri için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz
Geçerli mevzuata göre elimizdeki kişisel bilgilere erişim, düzeltme veya silme talep edebilirsiniz. İlgili destek talebini veya işlemi bulabilmek için yeterli bilgi gerekebilir; istenmeden hassas kimlik belgesi göndermeyin. Hizmet sağlayıcılar operasyon, dolandırıcılığın önlenmesi veya yasal yükümlülükler için kayıt tutabilir. Saklama ve uluslararası veri işleme uygulamaları için bağlantı verilen sağlayıcı politikalarına bakabilirsiniz.
Bu destek ve gizlilik sayfalarına reklam, analiz betiği veya form eklenmemiştir. Sayfaları barındıran ve sunan Cloudflare, IP adresi ve istek bilgileri gibi bağlantı ve güvenlik verilerini işleyebilir. 7. Bu Politikadaki Değişiklikler
Uygulama değiştiğinde bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Tarihi günceller ve gerektiğinde ek izin isteriz.
